SHIPPING & LOCAL PICK UP POLICY

"We offer two fulfillment options:

Shipping: We ship via [Canada Post or various couriers] and endeavour to find the most economical shipping rates. Please note, shipping rates within and from Canada are high, minimum $15 depending on your location. Shipping costs on your order include packaging and handling expenses. 

Orders are typically processed within [4-7 business days]. Shipping times vary by location but generally take [4-10 days] for orders within Canada. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. 

All ceramic items are carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure safe delivery. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Local Pickup: Local pickup is available at our studio in the Cowichan Valley. You will receive an email notification to arrange a day and time for pickup, typically within [4-5 business days]. Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up.
